Melissa, I think the root cause of these riots is Muslim immigrants from the Middle East who come and vandalise public property. They have no regard for British law, most of them just knife and raping gangs and the worst thing of it all is them calling for the implementation of Sharia in the UK. Hi Melissa, i think you need some time to rest your brain, you need to be intentional in your sleeping habits , take about 6 hours of rest, eat foods rich in omega 3 like fish and sardines and also more green leafy vegetables. Also do some reading even if its some kids story books and then summarize them, create fond task like doing some word puzzles or journal your thought, you can also try meditation and yoga to help improve your cognitive function .These steps really helps, you just need to employ them.
